A jib crane (also known as a cantilever crane) is a compact, space-efficient lifting solution designed for fixed workstations where repetitive, localized lifting is required. Unlike overhead cranes that span an entire bay, a jib crane serves a defined work area — typically beside a machine tool, assembly station, loading dock, or warehouse aisle — maximizing productivity without the cost or footprint of a full bridge crane system.

Yangyumech manufactures two primary jib crane types: wall mounted jib cranes, movable jib cranes and column mounted jib cranes. Both are available in manual and electric configurations, with lifting capacities from 0.25 tons to 5 tons and arm lengths up to 10 meters.

Wall Mounted Jib Crane

- Capacity: up to 5 ton
- Arm length: up to 10 m
- Raged voltage: 220V~690V

Manual column-mounted cantilever crane

- Capacity: 0.25T – 5T
- Lift height: 3m-8m

Column Mounted Jib Crane

- Capacity: 0.25T – 5T
- Span: 3m-7m

Movable JIB Crane

- Capacity: up to 1 ton
- Arm length: up to 5 m
- Raged voltage: 220V~690V

FAQ

Our standard jib crane range covers 0.25 tons to 5 tons. For heavier requirements above 5 tons, we recommend our column mounted overhead crane or a light-duty single girder bridge crane. Contact us to discuss your specific lifting requirement.

A wall mounted jib crane attaches to an existing structural wall or column, saving floor space but limited to ~200° rotation. A freestanding (column mounted) jib crane uses its own floor-anchored column and achieves full 360° rotation, making it more flexible but requiring a firm floor foundation.

Yes. Standard arm lengths are available from 3 m to 10 m. Custom lengths beyond 10 m are possible depending on capacity — our engineering team will calculate the required counterbalance and column specification.

Jib cranes can be supplied with or without a hoist. We offer wire rope electric hoists, chain electric hoists, and manual chain blocks to pair with the crane. Specify your preferred hoist type when requesting a quote.

Standard configurations typically ship within 7–15 business days. Custom arm lengths or special voltage requirements may extend lead time to 20–30 days. We’ll confirm the exact schedule when your order is placed.
