Main Shiploader Product Types
Rail‑mounted mobile shiploader travels along quay‑side parallel rails. Equipped with tripper‑car receiving material from pier conveyor. It can move freely along berth to serve multiple ship hatches without re‑positioning vessels. Ideal for multi‑purpose berth and mixed‑cargo export terminals. Can be equipped with rotating/slewing boom for double‑sided finger‑pier operation.
Fixed stationary shiploader installs on concrete pier foundation without travelling rail. The boom realizes luffing, slewing and telescopic chute movement. Excellent material‑enclosed performance, low dust emission. Mainly for single‑berth dedicated bulk export terminals; vessels need slight shifting to cover different cargo hatches.
Slewing‑type shiploader adopts large slewing bearing structure. Boom can rotate wide angle without long travelling rail. Balanced solution for terminals with limited quay length, compact pier layout.
