Casting Overhead Crane
Casting overhead crane is the core heavy‑duty equipment inside steel‑making and continuous‑casting bay. Mainly used for molten‑iron feeding for converter, transporting molten‑steel ladle to refining furnace and continuous‑casting turret.
Working‑condition features: heavy‑duty A7‑A8 working‑class, long‑time exposure to high‑temperature thermal radiation and heavy dust environment. Multiple structural forms available: four‑beam four‑track, four‑beam six‑track and double‑beam double‑track trolley configurations.
QZ Grab Overhead Crane
QZ grab overhead crane is designed for bulk raw‑material handling in steel‑plant scrap yard, working‑duty A6. Cab access mode includes end‑entry, side‑entry and top‑entry options.
Total rated lifting capacity includes grab bucket self‑weight. Grab opening direction can be parallel or perpendicular to main girder. Mechanical or hydraulic grab bucket optional for different bulk materials. Grab unit is only suitable for naturally accumulated bulk material. Special technical notice is required for underwater grabbing or special‑property raw‑materials.
QCL Electromagnetic Hanging Beam Overhead Crane
QCL electromagnetic hanging‑beam overhead crane is fitted with detachable magnetic hanging‑beam assembly. Specially for transporting ferromagnetic work‑pieces: steel ingots, section‑steel, pig‑iron blocks.
Widely deployed for rolling‑mill workshop, finished‑product steel warehouse and ship‑yard steel‑stock‑yard. Note: crane total lifting capacity includes electromagnetic hanging‑beam dead‑weight.
LDY Casting Overhead Crane
LDY metallurgical single‑girder overhead crane consists of main‑girder frame, end‑carriage travelling mechanism and hoist trolley unit. Heat‑insulating shielding device is installed under metallurgical electric hoist.
Designed for small hot‑ladle lifting inside steel‑mill auxiliary workshop. Ambient working temperature can reach up to 60℃. Hoist electrical components adopt cooling‑fan protection, key structural parts use high‑temperature resistant material.
QC Electromagnetic Overhead Crane
QC electromagnetic overhead crane is equipped with detachable electric magnetic chuck. Mainly used for indoor / semi‑open‑air workshop to load and unload steel ingot, section‑steel, scrap‑iron and other ferromagnetic goods.
Also commonly adopted in machinery‑manufacturing factory warehouse for steel‑plate and iron‑block turnover work. Lifting capacity must count magnetic chuck self‑weight when calculating real load.
LDA Single Girder Overhead Crane
LDA general‑purpose single‑girder overhead crane serves as auxiliary maintenance lifting equipment inside metallurgical plant. Matched with CD‑MD electric wire‑rope hoist.
Note: Not for direct molten‑metal handling. Only for equipment overhaul, spare‑parts replacement in steel‑mill auxiliary bays. Cannot be used under combustible, explosive or strong corrosive atmosphere.
