QZ Type Grab Bucket Bridge Crane
QZ grab bucket overhead crane is mainly used for bulk coal and ash material handling inside thermal‑power‑plant coal‑handling bay, working duty A6.
Operator cab access options include end‑entry, side‑entry and top‑entry. Total rated lifting capacity must include grab bucket self‑weight. Grab opening direction can be parallel or perpendicular to main girder. Mechanical or electric‑hydraulic grab bucket can be selected according to material property and working frequency.
Standard grab is only for naturally accumulated bulk material. Please make special technical notice for underwater grabbing or special‑property raw‑materials.
Electric Double Disc Grab Bucket
Electric double disc grab bucket refers to the tool used by a crane to grab dry and loose goods. Two or more bucket shaped jaw plates that can be opened and closed together form a storage space.
When loading, the jaw plate is closed in the material pile, and the material is grabbed into the storage space. When unloading, the jaw plate opens in a suspended state on the material pile, and the material is scattered on the pile.
The opening and closing of the jaw plate is generally controlled by the steel wire rope of the lifting mechanism of the crane.
MG Double Girder Gantry Crane
MG Double Girder Gantry Crane mainly consists of a gantry, a lifting trolley, a crane operating mechanism, a driver's cab, and an electrical control system.
The operation mode adopts a closed driver's cab, which has adjustable seats, an insulation mat laid on the bottom plate, and tempered glass used for the window glass. According to user requirements, items such as cold and warm air conditioning, sounders, walkie talkies, etc. can be configured.
KE Crane Hook
KE Crane Hook can be divided into single hook and double hook according to shape. The advantage of single lifting hook is that its processing technology is relatively simple, and its structure is also relatively simple, making it easy to use.
However, the disadvantage is that due to the structure, the stress situation is not complete enough, and the bearing capacity is low. Generally, it can only be used in work situations with a lifting weight of 80 tons or less.
When the lifting weight is large, a double hook with symmetrical stress needs to be used.
